MLRO and Deputy MLRO

Services include:
- Design and prepare Suspicious Activity reporting procedures
- Design and prepare templates to be used by staff for making an "Internal" report
- Assist with the implementation of required procedures and related templates within the Entities business
- Provide training to all staff on the procedures, checklists and red flags for suspicious activities, covering both standard details and any modifications that we customize for your business activities
- One-off staff training - for new employees only
- Communicate with the FRA as the Point of Contact for the Entity
- Consider each "Internal" report along with other information available and determine if the information and/or matter needs to be disclosed to the FRA
- Where it is determined that disclosure to the FRA is necessary; make the relevant disclosure
- Maintain a log of all "Internal" reports and the MLROs relevant determination regarding disclosure to FRA
